For Interstate Deliveries:

Return Policy

At Big Bogan Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Window: Items must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving them.
Condition of Goods: Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.
Return Registration: To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@bigboganproduct.com.au with your order details and the reason for return.
Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
